About us

Marie Malcom-Richards

The Apprentice Records Manager database was developed as a way to streamline the process of managing interactions with existing and prospective learners and staff including Training Providers. Providing a good level of customer service is paramount within the team and we wholeheartedly value what we do to achieve this.

The ARM database was developed to manage apprentices more effectively, recording and consolidating data in a way that is user friendly but still had the functions needed for all apprenticeship programmes, including identifying trends and keeping to GDPR compliances. Real-time compliance checks and data validation will provide more accuracy at the point of entry, minimising any discrepancies from all parties,

allowing users to perform multiple tasks. The benefits of creating such a database will improve efficiency, traceability and compliance. Adopting the ARM approach is a cost-effective tool, as it will reduce the amount of storage space used, data will be retrieved and archived accordingly and resources can be utilised in a more productive and fulfilling way, increasing motivation.

Furthermore, the ARM database will help to grow the provision, as trends will be more easily identifiable.
